The Strain and Johnnes Cabal

So the wife and I finished The Strain by Gullermo Del Toro and Chuck Hogan (who wrote the book, the movie The Town was based on). The second part is out now and has beautiful visual language and is one of the most compelling takes on vampires I have encountered.

I liked The Strain and will have to look for the sequel. Haven't heard of the second one, I'll have to check it out.
