Yet another game goes by.. and another rises (GW2)!

Hello Friends,

So SW:TOR unfortunately turned out to be a bust for us - especially once the server transfers occurred and many people lost their identities. That was sort of the final nail in the coffin for a lot. Now we are looking forward to a new and different game - Guild Wars 2. I was wondering if any of my friends from SOK would be playing GW2 and if so have you decided on a home server yet?

We definitely have quite a few Knights interested in GW2, although we haven't yet chosen a server. Usually we get that ball rolling when an official server list is released. Once we do pick one though, we usually sticky an announcement (visible in all forums) of our server choice for a couple weeks.

Hopefully we'll get to get to play with as many allies as possible though!

Supposedly the same servers that were available in BW3 will be at launch. After the bit of research we've done we are thinking either Sorrow's Furnace or Crystal Desert. Crystal Desert is looking to be pretty popular and organized so I am worried about heavy queues for WvW and Full server warnings.

May have wanted to post this in the Gamer's Haven forum where all the other gaming related stuff is.. there's already a GW2 thread going on talking about random stuff and the NDA being lifted.

Not sure that many check this one, since it's mostly for signature and other testing, as well as reporting bugs about the site and stuff.

Just a little heads up, since there hasn't been much of a response to it.
