    Ooooo Who saw Dr Who?

I liked all the subtle little references in the show, the scarf, the brigadier, the Doctors. Great ending, or beginning.

They could have brought back more of the assistants I thought...... Two just wasn't enough.

I gave it two thumbs up, had to watch both showings.....LOL

    Anyone else?

Definitely! We watched it once - and then clicked back into the credits to see if they gave the curator his due in the credits. Loved all the references. I am also sure there were more I missed. Will watch it a couple more times at least over the next month.

    I just watched it.

John Hurt was great. The two younger (looking) doctors were great together. There is a quote somewhere on the BBC America website - something along the lines of 'it was like laurel and laurel. As if Hardy never showed up'.

I would have liked to have seen Amy - I miss Amy.

Still - all in all amazing ! A story worthy of 50 years of Dr Who !

Maybe I am all screwed up, but didn't their current writer/director/producer/whatever say that they were shutting Dr. Who down this year because he was just too busy? last nights show didn't much seem as a good bye but more a door opening.

That would be unlikely. Like if the US Mint stops printing money because they are "too busy".
